Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and translating findings into design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. You will also iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing, ensuring that the final product meets both user needs and business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the overall user journey, making it intuitive and enjoyable for all users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Visual Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
