Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and translating findings into design solutions that enhance usability and satisfaction. You will also engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the development cycle, ultimately contributing to the creation of intuitive and engaging digital products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze results. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
