Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

• Preparation and planning of quantitative and qualitative user research and testing activities for projects;
• Carrying out quantitative and qualitative user research and testing activities for projects;
• Evaluation of user surveys, as well as synthesis of the results;
• Idea generation and creation of first rough concepts;
• Supporting in human centered design solutions and developing concepts;
• Presentation of project results and implementation of workshops;
• Project management of comprehensive UX projects (UX phases 1-4).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education & Experience:

• Academic background and trainings for specific knowledge and skills in the field of UX Research;
• Proven experience in UX projects, applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) process and Design Thinking methodologies;
• Demonstrated know-how and competencies in UX expertise field (e.g. user research methods and quality criteria for UX target states).

Personality & Working Methods:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present research findings to diverse audiences (e.g., designers, developers, product managers, stakeholders);
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals;
• Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies;
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for understanding user behavior.

Languages:

• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken). Italian and Spanish are a plus.
