Role Overview 

We’re seeking a UX Lead to shape design experiences for global clients, ensuring intuitive, user-centered solutions that leverage the latest in AI-driven production tools. You’ll collaborate closely with global stakeholders and work in partnership with our Content Transformation and Creative Technology teams. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead UX strategy and design execution across global client projects. 

• Partner with product managers, developers, and creative teams to deliver seamless, data-informed experiences. 

• Integrate Leona capabilities into UX workflows, enhancing efficiency and personalization. 

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that scale across markets. 

• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability standards. 

• Mentor and guide junior designers and UX specialists. 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For 

• 7+ years of experience in UX, with at least 3 years in a lead role. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product and platform design. 

• Experience working with global, cross-time-zone teams. 

• Familiarity with AI-led design tools and workflows. 

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders.
