We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team as a UX advocate within the Digital Platforms & Infrastructure cluster. This role will work across multiple teams. Acting as the user’s advocate to guarantee that our digital platforms provide a smooth and engaging experience. Our efforts will empower developers to perform their tasks more efficiently, and with greater happiness.
The main responsibility will be to ensure that various products and services serve the users’ needs by bringing in user insights into the creation of solutions. Promote UX and UCD to product teams to help improve their maturity.

We are a diverse team of product managers and UX professionals, all working in different areas of the cluster, trying to bring the user perspective to an engineer centered organization. We are also part of the vivid UX Community with other skilled designers - together with advancing the UX maturity of the digital technology organization in the LEGO Group.
The role is based on the new LEGO® Campus in Billund, offering an exciting, inspiring, and flexible work environment - "and we like to have fun along the way!"
The preferred candidate has a few years of UX research experience (enterprise experience is a plus). Can communicate complex ideas and problems to a diverse audience. We expect the candidate to be agile and flexible to adapt the design process based on project needs, yet able to explain meaningful consequences of trade-offs.
Confident in presenting and explaining work to collaborators and colleagues. Facilitating relevant workshops (i.e Design sprints, conceptualization workshops, Design studios etc.). Enjoy being around people who see Enterprise UX as a very exciting problem-solving playground. Exhibit a real passion for design and making things for people that they remember and love.
To succeed in this role, the candidate ideally has competence within the following:
Advanced English both written and verbally is a need since we are an international gathered team.
